Who We Are

DashedBorders represents two cool people: Nick and Natalie. Nick majored in Computer Science Engineering, while Natalie double-majored in Japanese and Media Studies. Nick likes soccer, Rock Band, and Pokemon Puzzle League. Natalie likes mysteries, cosplay, and dance shows. They both love music, video games, computers, Japanese culture, Professor Layton, and Firefly.

What We Do

Natalie designs the layouts and graphics (Paint Shop Pro 8) and does the basic code for the websites (HTML, CSS, JQuery). She is mostly self-taught and has lots of experience making websites for friends and for herself. She started her first website in 5th grade. It was called "Miss Moonie's Cool Sailor Moon Website."

Nick takes care of all of the coding (Javascript), database work (Ruby on Rails, MySQL), and search engine optimization. Nick learned coding and programming from his Computer Science courses, and learned how to apply those skills to the web through an internship. He has a natural talent for math and loves the challenges of problem-solving.
